Zumba Time!

We know how women face challenges and deal with many issues on a daily basis.

This can be especially harder for migrant and refugee women due to unfamiliarity with their new environments, culture, climate, and of course lack of community.

The stress can become too much which can lead to physical and mental issues such as anxiety and even depression.

Learning and practicing certain exercises have proven to better our mental state which contributes to bettering other points of our lives!

That is why we invited women to join us for fun free Zumba sessions for complete beginners held by our dear member: Sahar Rezaiean!

We encouraged our ladies to put their concerns aside for these few hours, to enjoy the small community we created, and of course, have fun with the fun music and funky dance moves in a dance studio!
